In the Running by Colin Carter

Jenson Button 2003 Lucky Strike B.A.R./Honda. During the 2003 season Jenson Button regularly out-qualified team-mate and ex World Champion, Jacques Villenueve. Jensons performances justified some podium finishes, none more so than at the U.S. Grand Prix, which he led for 15 laps, and was in a comfortable second position, when his car gave out. A brilliant fouth position at the final race at Suzuka, which he also briefly led, gave B.A.R/Honda fifth position in the constructor’s championship, and these end of season results could indicate that Jenson Button’s undoubted talent has found a perfect home with B.A.R/Honda for 2004.
